Geraldo lives in Key West. While we were visiting friends there we would often pass by where he lived and stop to talk to him. His cage was being overrun by squirrels and was a mess, so he was sitting outside of his cage on a piece of wood. In this painting I chose to give Geraldo a more pleasant environment in which to live, new digs!
