Accepted artwork must be shipped to arrive the between July 12 to July 17, 2024. Shipped artwork must be sent in a substantial reusable container. A prepaid return shipping label with name and address must be enclosed, (FedEx, or UPS only) together with a $50 check payable to Colorado Watercolor Society. Name and address must also be on the back of the painting. No peanuts, shred material or piecemeal bubble wrap is allowed. Ship to the Carol Newsom, PO Box 846 Miner Street, Idaho Springs, CO 80452. Your painting will not be returned without a prepaid return shipping label.
If your painting arrives damaged, you will be notified to determine how you wish repairs to be handled. Also, if your painting sells, you will be notified and asked if you wish your shipping container to be returned to you.
